The Job Poll Service runs on the Sage Paperless Construction Application Server. The service is started and stopped from the Sage Paperless Construction Server Dashboard.

For the job poll jobs to run, the service must be running.

 

Note:  In the following screen example, the service is not running. The STATUS is Stopped.
