This screen provides all the information necessary to perform a LOTO event.
In this instance, there is a power outage at circuit #27 at the Mulberry Street house job. Morgan Carlisle has signed and approved the work. Zoe Harrison is assigned to do the work and her lock, W27-108, is in place.
For steps 1 through 14, there is no option to mark a step as "Not Applicable". These steps must be marked "Complete". For step 15, that step can be marked as "Not Applicable".
No Attachments means there are no attachments or associated photos "attached" to this LOTO event.
