Click Add to open a CREATE NEW LOTO form:
The Job field defaults to the job displaying in the Assigned Job pane on the main dashboard.
The Date field defaults to the current date.
The Has Emergency Response Team Been Notified field defaults to No. There is a dropdown for this field to change the response to Yes or N/A.
Once you have entered information in all the applicable fields, click CREATE LOTO.
Important: All LOTO events created in the field through the LOTO app by a Lead Employee require an approval signature.
