To import documents or invoices, the system needs to be "told" how to read the import file. In pVault®, the Configuration tab is where to configure "columns" of data present in the CSV file--from index fields on the document or to invoice fields on the invoice, or to both.

 

The field choices are based on the CSV file layout.
