DocRoute™ Module

Document Routing (DocRoute™) is an optional pVault® module that is essentially an email service within the system. Documents can be sent throughout the pVault® system using DocRoute™, either for approval or to be viewed.

 

 

Why use DocRoute™?

 

Your company's content can be distributed to members of your organization electronically using either pre-defined or "on the fly" routing rules. Think of DocRoute™ as an email service where you can monitor progress throughout the workflow. You can scan and electronically route documents throughout your company for review and approval. Documents are not limited to invoices. Distribute contracts, time sheets, vacation request forms, expense reports. Store audit information with each routed document. No longer worry about routed documents languishing in a reviewer's inbox without their knowledge. Your reviewers and approvers can receive notifications when documents are routed to their inboxes. Additionally, you can monitor the progress of the documents you have routed.

 

Take advantage of the integration between DocRoute™ and DocuSign. Integrate with DocRoute™ and use your existing DocuSign account to route documents to external parties for approval and to capture electronic signatures. Click here to learn more.

 

 

1.From the ribbon toolbar, click DocRoute™.

2.Click Document Routing, DocRouteButton.
