There are 2 types of "users" available to the pVault® system.

Web Users |
Access to all pVault system functions assigned through security rights. |
Access to the web-enabled components of pVault only. |
Typically company employees with access to the on-premise system through a local PC or through remote access into a server running pVault. (See Standard Users) |
Can consist of employees, customers, subcontractors, etc., with access to pVault data and documents through web browsers and web applications. (See Web Users) |
Can consist of ad hoc users with no access to pVault. (See Ad Hoc Users) |
