Manage Read Only is a toggle used to lock or unlock the read-only property of the document that displays in the viewer.

 

1.From the ribbon toolbar, click Utilities.

2.Click Manage Read Only, .
 
Depending on the active document or batch displaying, this icon may or may not be visible in the toolbar.
