There are 2 types of "users" available to the Sage Paperless Construction system.

 

Standard Users

Access to all Sage Paperless Construction system functions assigned through security rights.

Typically company employees with access to the on-premise system through a local PC or through remote access into a server running Sage Paperless Construction. (See Standard Users )

 

Web Users

Access to the web-enabled components of Sage Paperless Construction only.

Can consist of employees, customers, subcontractors, etc., with access to Sage Paperless Construction data and documents through web browsers and web applications. (See Web Users )

Can consist of ad hoc users with no access to Sage Paperless Construction. (See Ad Hoc Users)
