Once a lien is generated, you can email the form with the pre-filled data to a vendor or subcontractor. Before an email can be generated, you will need to create a lien form email template. Click here for details.

There are two ways in which you can email the generated lien waiver forms to vendors:

 

•Vendor method

•Mass Email Generation method

 

 

It is highly recommended that you use the Vendor method. This way you can view the lien waiver forms to ensure the forms display the correct information. Once you are comfortable with the waiver layouts, use the Mass Email Generation method.
