Documents stored in Sage Intacct Paperless can easily be emailed to recipients within your company as well as externally.
1.Click the Email icon, , in Viewer toolbar.
An Email Image dialog box similar to the following displays:
2.In the To field, enter the email address of the recipient(s).
3.If there are recipients who should be listed as Cc'd or Bcc'd, enter those email address(es) in the appropriate fields.
4.In the Subject field, enter the appropriate title.
5.In the Body field, enter the email text.
4.Click .
Sage Intacct Paperless will send the email to the user's default email program and place the document(s), with attachment(s), in their Inbox.
The notification in the recipient's email Inbox should look like this:
When they click the link, the document you attached will display in a separate page.
