Save To File

Click to access the Save To File window.

Go here to select the page(s) to save and choose a location on the local PC or the network.

Note:  This function is only enabled when viewing a file/batch in the pVault® Viewer to which the user has distribution rights for the document.

Email

Click to access the Email Image window.

The active file is systematically attached to the email.

Options include selecting the Page Range, deciding to Include Annotations (or not) and determining the File Format.

Note:  Permission to perform this function is assigned in the Document Type Properties window (Allow Distribute).

Print

Click to access the Print Preview window.

Required selections include identifying the printer, the print range and the number of copies.

Note:  Permission to perform this function is assigned in the Document Type Properties window (Allow Distribute).

Push To Queue

Click to access the Push to Queue window.

Go here to assign (push) the active document to a specific user queue.

CD Plus

Click to access the Choose Distribution Set window.

Go here to save multiple files and/or data to an external location with a standalone viewer using the CD Plus module.

SAP Export

Click to access the APFlow Invoice Export to SAP dialog box.
