Follow these steps to ensure you have everything you need to get started. Paperless Environments' support personnel can assist with functionality within pVault® about which you are unsure.

RFMS Core - Plugin Deployment Readiness

1.All RFMS users need the pVault Client installed in the same environment as they run RFMS.

If users run RFMS on their local workstations, the same local workstation needs the pVault client installed as well.

If users run RFMS as a published app, or from an RDS, the pVault client must be installed on the same host.

2.Verify there is an active and bridged vault in pVault for every company you have in RFMS.

3.All RFMS users must have logins to pVault.

4.All RFMS users logging in to pVault must be added to appropriate security groups within pVault.

5.After bridging all your vaults to RFMS Companies, run the RFMS Advanced Bridge Import document type import within pVault.

6.Add a Job Poll job for the RFMS Attachment Sync, setting it to run every ten minutes.

7.Add a Job Poll job for the RFMS Workflow Update, setting it to run every hour.

8.Update pVault to the latest release immediately before your Plugin installation.

9.Obtain your RFMS Admin key to make the admin level change in RFMS to activate the Plugin.

RFMS Mobile - Plugin Readiness

1.Install the pVault client where RFMS Mobile services are running.

2.Create a domain service account to run the RFMS Mobile services.

3.Stop the RFMS Mobile services, set them to run as the service account and then restart the services.

4.Create an Active Directory user in pVault based on the newly created domain service account.

5.Add the Active Directory user to the security groups matching your mobile users' needs.
