DocRoute™ Module

Document Routing (DocRoute™) is an optional Sage Paperless Construction module that is essentially an email service within the system. Documents can be sent throughout the Sage Paperless Construction system using DocRoute™, either for approval or to be viewed.

 

Why use DocRoute™?

 

DocRoute™ extends the distribution Sage Paperless Construction functionality. Your company's content can be distributed to members of your organization electronically using either pre-defined or ad hoc routing rules. You can scan and electronically route documents throughout your company for review and approval. Documents are not limited to invoices. Distribute contracts, time sheets, vacation request forms, expense reports. Store audit information with each routed document. No longer worry about routed documents languishing in a reviewer's inbox without their knowledge. Your reviewers and approvers can receive notifications when documents are routed to their inboxes. Additionally, you can monitor the progress of the documents you have routed.

 

 

1.From the ribbon toolbar, click DocRoute™.

2.Click Document Routing, DocumentRoutingicon-mh.
