Sage Paperless Construction (SPC) is a content management and workflow automation solution that integrates with Sage 100 Contractor, Sage 300 CRE and Sage Intacct.

Every document generated or received during normal business workflow is deposited into Sage Paperless Construction and indexed for fast, easy, multi-user access and retrieval.

Capture electronic documents through import, print-capture, or drag-n-drop methods.

Capture electronic forms data from remote users.

Update index fields through integration with an in-house database, or by manual entry.

Establish life-cycle scheduling and disposition for all imaged documents.

Greenlight Compliance Manager™ - allows users to track certificates of insurance, contractor licenses, lien waivers, subcontracts and certified payrolls.

DocRoute™ - Document Routing module for manual or automatic routing of documents for collaboration or approval.

eCapture™ - smart phone app offers the ability to take pictures, enter data, and submit AP Invoices, AP Receiving tickets, Credit Card Receipts and Job Photos directly back to an on-premise Sage Paperless Construction system.
