Recording Signed Waivers

 

Once a generated lien waiver is received from the vendor or subcontractor with a signature, you will need to record an updated date in Greenlight CM™. Greenlight CM™ warns users, and tags vendor and subcontractor non-compliance if a lien has passed the due date without an entered received date.
