The Retrieve Tab contains command icons used to "retrieve" documents or data that are currently stored in the Sage Paperless Construction system.

Open Batch |
Click to access Open Batch. Go here to open an existing Sage Paperless Construction batch. Click Batch Info to access the Batch Information window. Go here to change the name or add a description for an existing batch. An existing batch can be reassigned to another active user in the vault on the Batch Information window. Enter restricted access (to the existing batch) to the identified active user, if applicable. A cover sheet can be generated from the Batch Information window.

Search |
Click to access the Search Utility screen. Go here to search for documents stored in Sage Paperless Construction by document type, batch/index date, and/or index type. Additional Index Criteria can be added on the Search Utility screen. There is also a Browse tab. For details, click here.

Queues |
Click to open the User Queues sidebar. The user queues to which the user's login ID has access display.

Reports |
Click to open the Reports screen. In the Reports tab, a list of reports display. Click a report in the list to display the report's Parameters and assigned Values. From this window, reports can be previewed, printed, exported or emailed. Note: Permission to perform this function is assigned in the Vault Properties window. In the Administration tab, Security Access and Parameters settings can be modified per report. For details on Drilldown Reports, click here. For information on Report Administration, click here.
