The Payment Retrieval Job Poll job must be set up for the Payment Manager module to work as expected.

 

•If you are not logged in to Payment Manager, you can access the Job Properties window to add the Payment Retrieval Job Poll job. Click here for details.

•The first time you log in to Payment Manager, if the Payment Retrieval Job Poll job is not in place, you can add the Payment Retrieval Job Poll job without having to leave Payment Manager. Click here for details.
