In addition to the pVault® Universal settings (Universal Settings), the following settings are specific to MRI bridged APFlow™ systems.
Enable Approve Invoices Segment Filters |
Enable separate folders in Approve Invoices for Segments. |
MRI - Use XML Import |
Use the Intuit Provided XML import (recommended) or use the direct table update. |
Subcontract Tolerance Dollar Amount |
Tolerance amount to exceed before enforcing the subcontract warning. |
Subcontract Tolerance Percentage |
Tolerance amount percentage to exceed before enforcing the subcontract warning. |
Subcontract Tolerance Type |
Determines whether to allow Subcontract tolerance up to the Tolerance Dollar value, the percentage value or both. If Both is selected, dollar and percentage tolerances must be met. If one is met and the other is exceeded, the subcontract warning will generate. |
