1.From My Paperless, click Global Settings.
2.In the Global Settings navigation bar, click Quick Notes.
The Quick Notes page displays:
3.Click .
The Quick Notes Properties page on the GENERAL tab displays:
4.In the Application field, use the dropdown to select the application.
•Sage Intacct Paperless (default) - available throughout the system
•APFlow™ Cloud - limited to the APFlow™ application.
•DocRoute™ Cloud - limited to the DocRoute™ application
•eForms Cloud - limited to the eForms Cloud application
•eCapture Cloud - limited to the eCapture Cloud application
5.In the Name field, type a name for the quick note.
This name will display in a selection list for the users.
6.In the Note Text box, type the actual note text.
7.Click the Active check box if not already selected.
The completed Quick Note Properties page will resemble the following:
8.Click to save the new quick note.
