Quick Notes

There are many places within Sage Intacct Paperless where notes can be added to documents, invoice, routing, etc.

If users are typing the same text repeatedly, add a system “Quick Note” that allows users to select the text from a list and then paste it into the note they are entering.

 

1.From My Paperless, click Global Settings.

2.In the Global Settings navigation bar, click Quick Notes.
 
The following page displays:

3.To add a new quick note, click Add+button-mh.

This is available to all users in the Sage Intacct Paperless system.

Note:  Individual users can add their own personal quick notes through the User Settings dialog box. (Refer to Quick Notes Tab.)
