Use the Bridge page to set up the connect or "bridge" between the Sage Intacct Paperless system and your Sage Intacct system.
This "bridge" provides data lookups for indexing documents and throughout APFlow™ Invoice Routing and Approval.
Note: Click here to view the same page with the same functionality in APFlow™ Settings.
Note: The fields that display on this page may be different depending on the accounting system to which you are bridged. Before you successfully bridge to an accounting system, None displays in the visible fields.
1.From My Paperless, click Vault Settings.
2.In the Vault Settings navigation bar, click Bridge.
3.From the Bridge Type field dropdown, click to select Construction.
The Bridge Type field dropdown reflects the business categories with which Sage Intacct Paperless is involved.
Note: If the only Bridge Type field is None, then the Bridge Product field is not active.
4.From the Bridge Product field dropdown, click to select Sage Intacct.
The Bridge Product field dropdown is connected with the bridge type and reflects those accounting systems associated with a specific business category.
Based on the Bridge Type field and Bridge Product field entries, the remaining fields display on the Bridge page will change.
