General Tab

From this tab you can add new security groups.

 

1.From My Paperless, click Vault Settings.

2.In the Vault Settings navigation bar, click Security Groups.

3.Click Add+button-mh.
 
A page similar to the following displays with the GENERAL tab active:

4.In the Name field, enter the name of a new security group.

5.In the Description field, enter a description to further identify the group.

6.To grant the new security group Vault Administrator permissions for the Sage Intacct Paperless system, click to select the Vault Administrator check box.
If this level of access is not appropriate, leave it blank.
 
Warning: Vault Administrators can make vault level changes that could impact the way your company information is set up.
 

7.Verify that the Active check box is selected.

8.Click Savebutton3. Once you click SAVE, you can access the remaining tabs.
