You can reject any route that is sent to you.
1.In the Route Queue pane, click the Reject icon, .
A Reject Route dialog box will display:
2.Enter the reason that this route is rejected in the Reject Message text box.
Note: A reason is required. This note will display in the Route Messages sidebar and is part of the audit trail.
3.Click.
4.In the Status field dropdown, select Rejected.
An will be visible in the Route Queue pane and will also display on the card or grid (depending on your display) of the individual who entered the rejection.
The route can now be viewed here.
