Users

Access to all Sage Intacct Paperless system functions are assigned through security rights. Users are added here so individuals may be assigned to security groups with specific permissions in new or existing vaults. Individuals can be assigned to multiple security groups based on their roles and responsibilities but every user must be associated with at least one security group. Users are added to the system on the Users menu of Global Settings.

 

 

1.From My Paperless, click Vault Settings.

2.In the Vault Settings navigation bar, click Security Groups.
 
The following Security Groups page displays:

3.Click Add+button-mh to create a new security group or click the edit icon, Editimage-mh, to access an existing security group.
 
The following page for that security group displays with the GENERAL tab active:

4.Click the USERS tab to display the security group reports grid.
 
The following page displays:

5.To add user(s) to your security group, click AddUsersButton.

6.Click the appropriate check boxes to select those Sage Intacct Paperless users who should be assigned to this new security group.

7.Click SaveButtonDefault.
