Setting a Job's Expiration Threshold

The Insurance Expiration Threshold determines when a vendor is placed on the Expiring Vendor Insurance Certificates dashboard. Click here for details.

By default, the Insurance Expiration Threshold is set at the company level, but you have the ability to change the threshold for a job if necessary.

 

1.From the ribbon toolbar, click Greenlight.

2.Click Greenlight, Greenlighticon-mh.
 
The main screen displays with the Dashboard tab active:

3.In the left navigation bar, click on a job.
 
The following screen displays with the Job Info tab active:

GreenlightmainJobwithExpirationThresholdfield-mh

 

4.In the Insurance Expiration Threshold field, enter the number of days.

5.Click Save, GreenlightSavebutton-mh.
