Capture > Importer > Email Import

Use the Email Import to systematically bring in emails, email attachments, or both. Identify existing email accounts or set up generic accounts payable email accounts or specific vendor email accounts. Sage Paperless Construction can look for new emails in identified email accounts on a regularly scheduled basis and directly import them into Sage Paperless Construction. This eliminates the need for company personnel to monitor emails and then drag and drop them or their attachments into Sage Paperless Construction. The Email Import process will perform that function.

The integration with Outlook and Gmail supports accessing emails in the user's primary mailboxes and in shared mailboxes. The integration supports any email account in the cloud on Exchange Online as part of Office 365, or on Exchange on-premises in a hybrid deployment.

The Email Import runs as part of the PEImporter Job Poll job.
