View Sync Log

As data is added to the Sage Intacct accounting system, that information is systematically sync'd to Sage Intacct Paperless. However, if there is data you know was added or you added it yourself and it is not visible, click ViewSyncLogbutton-mh where you can manually submit a request for the sync process to run.

1.From My Paperless, click Vault Settings.

2.In the Vault Settings navigation bar, click Bridge.

3.Click ViewSyncLogbutton-mh to access the Bridge Sync Logs page.

 

 

Bridge Lists

 

From there you can access the Bridge Lists tab. This is active by default.

Sync Errors

 

Sage Intacct Paperless support personnel will refer to the data that displays in the Sync Errors tab when troubleshooting issues.
